WordPress 3.0 with New Face

after migrating websites and databases onto new hardware last weekend, I took the chance and did, what was way long overdue: I made an upgrade to WordPress 3.0 yesterday. Flug-Drama mit KLM

zunächst die Gretchenfrage: sind Frauen einfach stress-resistenter und freundlicher als Männer? Mehr dazu im Beitrag und ganz unten.

Wenn ich heute Nachmittag die KLM noch per Twitter-Meldung gelobt hatte, so muss ich dieses Lob nun entschieden zurücknehmen. Nachdem ich (mal wieder) ca. 15 Minuten in der Warteschleife hing, dann einem der KLM-Callcenter-Agents mein neuestes Problem geschildert hatte und mit seinem Lösungsvorschlag keinesfalls einverstanden war, legte dieser nach 5 Minuten mit den Worten “Also mir reicht es jetzt!” einfach auf.
